The general idea is to gently massage your skin to improve the circulation in your face. If you’re a beginner, don’t stress because it’s easy and you’ll love it from the moment you start using one. Since most jade rollers are double sided, you’ll be able to use both sides for a full proof massage.

You’ll notice I recommend to start rolling at the neck and move upwards from there.
