I love using nuts in all my no-bake dessert recipes, because it’s a great gluten-free alternative to flour. You can grind any nuts: almonds, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, and so on in a food processor to make flour. Seriously, there’s actually the best for raw vegan cakes, truffles, cookies, and not to mention granola. I would definitely consider them a vegan pantry staple. Any fellow nut lovers out there?
